HaeLeo Time Dial (“the App”) is designed with privacy as a core value. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

All calendar data remains exclusively on your device. The App syncs directly between your device's operating system and your personal calendar providers (such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook). This synchronization is handled entirely by your device's native calendar system—HaeLeo Time Dial acts only as a visual interface to display and interact with your existing calendar data.

Permissions We Request

The App requires the following permissions to function:

Read & Write Calendar Access

This permission allows the App to:

• Read your calendar events — to display them on the time dial interface
• Create and modify events — to save new events or edits you make within the App

Without this permission, the App cannot display your schedule or save events. All calendar operations occur locally on your device through the Android Calendar Provider API.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

Since we do not collect any data from your device, there is no data for us to share. Your calendar information stays between you and your chosen calendar service providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.), with whom you have separate privacy agreements.

Analytics & Advertising

The App does not include any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not monitor your usage patterns, and we do not serve advertisements.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any users, this applies equally to users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
