1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using HaeLeo Time Dial (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
HaeLeo Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your devices for personal purposes.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the data you enter into the App. Since the App functions by syncing with your native device calendar, please ensure you have backups of your critical calendar data. HaeLeo Inc. is not responsible for any data loss, schedule conflicts, or missed events resulting from the use of the App.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaeLeo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
